    This group provides a supportive, confidential environment for men to share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs as they navigate the aging process. Through open dialogue and shared wisdom, participants explore strategies for maintaining purpose, connection, and vitality while addressing the unique opportunities and difficulties that come with growing older. The group also fosters a sense of community, helping men embrace this stage of life with confidence and camaraderie.

    This dynamic and nurturing group empowers teens to uncover their unique interests, strengths, and potential career pathways while fostering personal growth and self-awareness. Participants engage in meaningful activities, such as interactive career assessments, mock interviews, and hands-on resume-building workshops, designed to build confidence and equip them with practical skills.

    The program integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with values-based exploration, helping teens align their career aspirations with what truly matters to them, ultimately enhancing their overall life satisfaction. Through collaborative discussions, peer support, and shared experiences, participants gain motivation, insight, and a clearer vision for their future. This group provides a structured yet supportive environment where adolescents can take steps toward fulfilling and purpose-driven careers.

  • Building Resilience: Men’s Sexual Addiction Recovery Group

    This supportive and judgment-free group fosters a sense of community among men navigating the challenges of sexual addiction. Designed to reduce shame and isolation, the group offers a space for peer connection and understanding, encouraging participants to share experiences and grow together.

    Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), members gain tools for accountability, personal responsibility, and effective relapse prevention. The group also explores strategies to build and sustain healthy sexuality and meaningful relationships, equipping participants with practical skills to support long-term recovery. Through structured guidance and mutual support, this program empowers men to reclaim control and lead more balanced, fulfilling lives.
